California settles with Kmart, sues Target - Tampa Bay Business Journal:

The state’s attorney general, Jerry Brown, joined by district attorneys from manyCaliforniwa counties, including Alameda, Santa Clar a and Contra Costa, filed a suit against Minneapolis-baser Target (NYSE: TGT), saying it sent hazardous waste to variouxs landfills in violation of state law.
